Payment Options
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars
Please state your name in the "Initial" field if you are transferring via internet banking.
3. After payment is made, please email the following information to us:
a. the amount transferred;
b. the date of transaction
Delivery/Self-Collection Options
1. Local Delivery:
For ready stock, items will be mailed out in 1-2 working days once we
received your payment, please allow another 1-3 working days to
receive.
For pre-order items, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive.
a. Registered Mail:
For orders that weigh 2kg and below, we will mail out by SingPost
Registered Mail. The postage fee starts from S$2.24, depending on the
total weight of the parcel. Parcels will be delivered directly to your
door-step within 1-3 working days. There is a tracking number to check
on the delivery status, if required. However, for unsuccessful delivery,
a SingPost notice card will be left in your mailbox for
self-collection at the nearest post office.

b. Courier Service:
For orders that weigh more than 2kg, we will deliver by courier service. The delivery fee is S$9.00.
2. Self-Collection:
You may also choose to self-collect your purchase. The self-collect
location is at Bishan MRT. Please select the self-collect option under
the shipping method. We will liaise with you on the date and time for
collection.
3. Overseas Delivery:
Orders that are to be delivered overseas will be sent by SingPost Air
Mail Service. There will be an additional of S$2.20 for registered
mail.

Exchange/Returns
Only defective items that are purchased at Michiyo website that
cannot be mended can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The colours of the actual piece might be slightly different from the
photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings
or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed in the
case of such colour differences.
Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the unused & original condition. Please email us photos of the defective item and return the item to us with the full and original packaging within 7 days.
Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange will be paid by the customer.
We will make Refund only if the defective item cannot be mended or paid item is out of stock.
Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
All promotional items are non-exchangeable or returnable once sold.

Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive payment
within 3 calendar days after your order. We reserve the right to
cancel any order due to quality control, stock unavailability,
publishing error, or any other reasons. We also reserve the right to
alter the availability or duration of any promotional items at any
time. If the order is cancelled, refund of the amount will be made via
internet banking. Should your order be cancelled, we will be in touch
with you via email within 48 hours.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot
guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately
reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and
measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure
they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to
ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing
on the website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the
right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time
when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the
stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you
have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will
notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the
out-of-stock items. |
